This boat is in ready to sail condition, it has been a great home on the water for us for many years, we just don't have as much chance to use it these days. It is the perfect boat for a couple or small family!

Placer County California is East of Sacramento.
It includes the towns of Roseville, Rocklin, and Auburn.
Popular sailing venues include Lake Folsom and Lake Tahoe.
