"Summer Wind" is a well-equipped, meticulously-maintained 1989 standard rig Catalina 25 with a wing keel and trailer. Sails are in good shape and include mainsail, a 100% genoa (Schaefer furling) and a spinnaker. The engine is a 2012 Honda 9.9hp 4-stroke outboard. The salon features like -new maroon fabric with a removable dinette table. There is a head with a pump sink and marine toilet. Additional equipment includes Garmin 54DV chart plotter, VHF radio, AM/FM/CD radio, dock lines, fenders and other equipment. Located in Forked River in NJ. $10,900

As I've said before to potential buyers when an '89-91 C-25 is listed here, this is the last and best version of the C-25, with a lower, flatter cabin sole for more headroom below, and many subtle changes on deck. It may be the best value in a transportable (without wide-load permits) cruising sailboat ever made, but the market was evolving toward bigger boats. The wing keel version draws just 34"--great for Barnegat Bay and trailering, but with excellent stability and none of the issues of a swing keel. I owned an earlier edition but knew several people with this one, and was a little envious!
