I was just doing my check of the local boats for sale and there is a 1998 wing keel, wheel steering for sale in South Lake Tahoe for $6900. The pics show it to be in fairly nice condition on the exterior. I emailed the owner and he has a trailer that has been sitting in his yard for 15 years. He says it's in fair condition because the sails aren't perfect. I'm not looking for a boat, but since I paid $18,000 for the same year and model a year ago, and that seemed to be a fair price then, this seems to be an exceptional deal even if you needed a new sail and some trailer work. Plus it's a fresh water boat. So if anybody is looking for a boat, go to Craigslist Reno and type in Catalina in the search box.
