I got our boat out of the water for the winter, and have a list of repairs that I need to do, from repairing a crack on the back of the rudder, repairing the tiller, repairing chips in the gel coat, to other stuff like replacing sheeves on the top and bottom of the mast, reef line cleats on the boom, and repairing the outboard motor mount bracket.

Anyone have a link for the best place to order the parts I may need? I looked on the Catalina site, but didn't find any link to spare parts, particularly for this boat.

Catalina Direct has some parts http://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm If you don't see what you need call them, they're pretty good to work with.
