Spinnaker pole. (Kinda short--maybe for a different boat.)

It looks like a spinnaker pole for a small boat - too small for your C25. It appears to be about 5 1/2' long and was probably used on a boat about the size of your Capri 14.2, although it's a bit too long for your Capri, although it might possibly be cut down and/or modified to fit.

Thanks guys. Sorry about the big pictures - I posted from my phone on the water.

I'm going to guess it came with the Capri 14. There's no attachment point on the mast or mast step. Is there any other way to rig it?

Could you use it to pole out your genoa when you're running downwind? Maybe too short. I often use my boat pole at about 8 ft long.

I guess I could, but I also have an adjustable whisker pole that came with the boat.

You might try listing it on Craigslist. with a photo and its dimensions, especially if you live in a popular sailing venue. It might be worth a few dollars to a small boat sailor, or, if you can't sell it, offer it to some young novice.
