Wonder if a person could modify these to replace the old cabin dividers between the salon and the head or head and v-berth?

Do you mean to replace the sliding wood curtain?

I hardly see the reason to have a curtain between the V berth and head. I keep it as a spare in case the head and salon curtains disintegrate. Don’t think I’ve ever closed them.
I like the look of these folding room dividers, but on a pitching boat how would you secure them in place? You probably could make them into a folding door, but the door opening space is no more than 22”, so each half could be only 11” at most.
Others have replaced the door with fabric curtains or vertical bamboo shades.
That might be an option.

Mine are in great shape only like Bruce I don't think I ever opened them in 10 yrs. If I needed to replace them I would just put a curtain with a snap to tie them back.A cut down Shower curtain or window curtain with a nice pattern to compliment the interior.

One of the projects on my list (before I sold Passage) was going to be to remove the wood brackets that hold the tracks for the two accordion doors--the "head knockers"--and put up some simple curtains with hooks on both sides. I, too, virtually never closed the doors, especially between the berth and the head, but I probably have scars from those damned tracks!

You mean the 'I need a bigger boat' head knocker.
