I'd wonder how you'd apply it? Does it brush on? Or spray on? What color is it, black, white, brown? Can you trim it with a razor knife after it dries or cures? Will it stick on permanently or eventually peel off? What kind of residue does it leave? Inquiring minds want to know ...
Gents, I strongly recommend you "google" Flex Seal Reviews. I have checked into this product myself, and all the reviews I read are for the most part, universally negative. Bottom line: a rip-off.

FWIW, Flex Seal now has a version that comes in a can that can be brushed on. Supposed to be good for putting a rubber-like covering on hand tools like pliers and Vise-Grip type adjustable wrenches. With that in mind, I would assume that it is meant to be a permanent coating. I bought a spray can last year to try to seal two leaking joints in a gutter on a horse barn (metal roof and metal gutter) and could not get the product to work. Tried to coat over the installers' joint seals. Joints are still leaking, even just from condensation and dew forming on the metal roof and dripping into the gutters. Maybe we just could not get the gutter completely dry at the start. Bottom line, don't waste your money.
