Hmmm, bottom looks like it at least needs to be cleaned if not a new bottom job plus a couple of other cosmetic things that need to be cleaned. Not sure Frank ever let it get like that.

It is my boat and yes I doubt it is in "better" shape. He paid me $12,500. I have no idea what 12.5 btu AC he is talking about, ifr he really did install a Mermaid it would be 5 or 6 k not 12.5.
