Here's the story of how/why I knew the answer: I had bought the very item that I linked on sale for $1 at a Kmart end-of-season sale 20 years ago. I had planned to put it in the transom of my fishing boat as a bilge pump outlet. Ultimately I just ran the bilge pump hose over the transom, and the item sat in my workbench for 20 years.
When I bought my C34 18 months ago, the air conditioner outlet through-hull was noted in the survey as needing replacement due to severe UV degradation. It was the exact same part I had sitting in my workbench.
Moral of the story: Don't ever throw anything away. (Just hope you can find it when you need it.)
My ultimate goal is to find a use for every single piece of stuff that I have sitting around that I never got around to using. Then I can die peacefully. lol
