I'm looking for suggestions or constructive criticism of my post "1979 Fin Keel Std Rig For Sale Mentor Ohio". I'd appreciate any suggestions. Any thoughts on the price?

Overall, the boat looks very good considering it is a 1979 - 46 yrs old!
Outboard is what....22 yrs old but major work on it in 2024 (ie, carburetor, etc replaced).
I was checking when photos were taken and the dates ae listed - Started off with 2011 photos but majority from Aug 2025 - So, that's good!
Non-skid forward areas of deck showing age but that's expected. Wood trim/hatch boards, etc look very good/great, did not see closeup of grab rails etc but looks overall well cared for thru the years. The interior - Personally, the cushions I prefer fabric/sunbrella as yours seem to be vinyl but it presents well in the photos as does the rest of the interior.
Believe write-up indicated boat is presently on it's cradle (and cradle comes with the boat) - If the bottom looks good, then perhaps include some current photos, some close-up of the bottom.
Not sure how old or general condition of the sails - If something positive can be said, then maybe that could be added.

Believe your writeup listed boat for $4000 (includes cradle). I was doing a brief review of what I could find on the web for a similar vintage Catalina 25 including lower down on our Swap Meet Section - Price is probably okay - There are similar with prices all over the place, so it really comes down to who is looking for a boat right now and hopefully someone in your area that is interested to see it. I would also try selling it on Craig's List and perhaps put up some fliers at your and nearby marinas. It can sell on our Forum, just a hit or miss as to who is looking for a boat right now and if fairly close to your area. I recently sold a Genoa sail on the Swap Meet but that was shipped and so it was able to attract a buyer from afar. But I also recently sold my 15' Skerry Sailboat (2019.2020) that I built from a kit & class that I had taken. I was not using it as I mainly sail on my Cat25, so I sold it this summer along with a trailer - I advertised it on Craig's List in my area and a guy travelled a 2 1 /2 hrs to see it and bought ir same day.

Anyway, good luck selling it!

Larry
