I've been toying with the same idea of buying a new or used trailer for my C250 Wing Keel. The cost of pulling and storage over the winter is killing me vs the cost of the boat. Only real concern is i sold the perfect tow vechile and now only have jeep wranglers to tow with. Which might work, given i only have to trailer boat 5 miles twice a year. I think the key is finding a launch ramp with deep enought water and making sure the tow vechile isn't on a slippy section of the ramp. I know you can get trailer extensions to allow the trailer to go farther back into the water, while keeping the tow car on dry land.

I'm on Cape Cod, so likely have the same concern/thoughts as Chris

Chris, would this be for a water-ballast or a wing-keel 250?
