Asymmetrical spinnaker with dousing sock (~2008). Teak Holly composite floor in main cabin. Always stored in covered storage during the winter. Fresh water only boat, never in salt water. New porta pottie (2023) in an enclosed head with sink & hand pump . Galley equipped with stainless steel sink with hand pump, cooler, one burner propane stove with re- certified 10 pound propane bottle in outside safety vented locker. Sleeps 4 or more with kids. Original cushions in good shape. 12 volt interior lighting with white and red night running lights. Two accent lights above the dining table. Dining table can be stored flat in forward locker, set up in main cabin or topside by the main sheet. 2 fire extinguishers coast guard safety kit with flares. Pop top & hatch covers.
