Posted - 12/15/2021 : 12:06:40 For those C250 owners who are thinking or looking for a solution to find an alternate stove top that will replace the Princess stove and also will closely fit in its vacant cavity, you may wish to consider the following
The house battery is a 200 amp hour DIY lithium 12v.
Cooking a meal uses about 10-15 amp hours on average and is replaced with a couple of hours of sunlight with 200 watts of solar on the bimini.

Posted - 12/16/2021 : 11:05:22 Panther has a number of nice looking propane stoves/cook-tops. A couple of two burners for $158 (black) and $205 (SS). Still would prefer to find an old Origo alcohol model, however nice stuff.

Yes, it’s a little pricey but if you want nice things you “gotta spend a buck”. You might try and put it on your Christmas or holiday list with coordinates to the RV website…
