Posted - 05/21/2022 : 14:47:33 I bought mine through Defender Marine. On the C250 Specific Forum I wrote up my lifeline replacement and it has a parts list. I am sure it could be modified to get you the right parts for a Catalina 25.

when did you order them and which kit. I checked the deluxe today and it says out of stock do to supply chain issues.
I ordered them about 2 weeks ago , the deluxe uncoated ones, the guy at cd said it was the last set at the time .

As I recall, the opening gates are where the adjustments can most easily be made. But I agree, lay things out first, then measure, then measure again, then attach!

Posted - 05/19/2022 : 12:24:31 My # 1 tip. Do not assume that the boat is symmetrical.
Do each section independently.
I assumed and when I put my C250 away for the winter, I removed the lifelines from just the port side of the boat and built two identical sets. I ended up about 1.5 inches short on the starboard side.
