1995 Catalina 250 Water Ballast, Hull #155

With a young child, I just haven’t had the time to sail as much as I thought I would. I’m going to downsize back to my Laser sailboat. This boat is in great shape. Everything works with the exception of the anchor light.

Features
All standing rigging is in excellent condition.
New Harken Roller furler with new sail installed in 2004.
New battery in 2005.
Nissan 8.9 long shaft outboard engine tuned up in 2004.
Vertglas getcoat restorer put on in 2005
Inside and outside cushions in great shape.
Tiller refinished in 2005
Bottom paint in 2005.
Solar power battery charger
2nd Generation rudder – no weather helm
Garmin Depth Finder and fishfinder
Large, backlit Aqua-Meter compass and lev-o-gage are installed on the bulkhead.
Deck hardware includes 4 T-tracks, 4 cars (2 genoa and 2 jib), 2 Lewmar winches, various blocks (some brand new), well-positioned cleats, lifelines (some new).
