Hi J.B.
I'm glad this subject came up. I was looking through our "Ships Store" this morning, and I noticed that we have the "C-25 Tech Manual" vol. 1 and vol. 2 for sale ... are these the same thing as the C-25 manuals that are published on our website, or are they different?
No, the Technical Manuals are an excellent and voluminous (excuse the pun) compilation of helpful hints and modifications supplied by members over the years; significantly, Bill Holcomb.
They are no longer available for purchase through the Ships Store (nor are the Can Coozies, even though the items haven't been deleted yet), but they can be downloaded by Members from the Association's Members Only area which can also be accessed from the Association's home page.

I'll take a look at them, and print them out for my binder.
Thanks for the reply. I did go to the Home Page and clicked on manuals and only get one page, the index. Do I need to access through members only? If so, I have not received any confirmation yet that my check for dues was received so do not have access to member's only area.

Will <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote"> Hi Will,
Just click on these blue links, and they should take you directly to the owner's manuals: C-25 Owner's Manual, Original and C-25 Owner's Manual, Newer Version. There is a ton of info in those owner's manuals, and it's available to anyone (you don't have to be a member of the Association to access them).
As for the technical manuals, I printed them out last night, but I haven't had time to go through them yet. At first glance, they also look to be full of good info ... you'll be able to access those as soon as the Association processes your membership ... then you'll get the secret handshake.
BTW, Don's suggestion to buy the manual from Catalina Direct is good advice. Yes, it's like buying a catalog ... but ... there is also a bunch of other really good info in that little book ... 'well worth the price.
'Hope that helps ... keep the questions coming.
edit: Justin made his post before I finished composing mine ... grab that Catalina Direct manual from him before he forgets where he put it!
I'm glad I read this thread! I received my membership info, including the 'secret handshake', last week and with the hustle & bustle of vacation prep I forgot to check out the members area. I'll be printing out the tech manuals this morning. And now I have reading material for my vacation too! Thanks!
