That theme song started long before Drew Carey....

It would play and still does every friday at 5 pm on the local rock station. it has done so for over 25 years...

the fix for a brain worm (repetitive song you can't get out of your head) is to hum the theme song from Hockey Night in Canada. Not sure how or why, but it really works.. Serious.. Give it a try..

There is a tune that plays at midnight every friday that is a 10 or 15 minute long guitar solo with about three words in the lyrics called Maggot Brain.... That's on the competitive radio station to the one playing Cleveland Rocks. you can't get that out of your head either

Well, I spent over 10 years on the air in radio and still dabble occasionally filling in for stations and I can safely say that I have never heard of a song called, "Maggot Brain!"

But then again, the majority of my time was spent on a country station.

I'd open a bottle of wine and stay in the clubhouse!

Hows the nasty weather saying go Derek ?

Better to be in here toasting the fact that you aren't out there than to be out there Wishing you were in here.

To bobmac,

Isn't that tune from an old cowboy TV show?
