I'm looking for mast and boom to replace the ones that were stolen from my cat25 when it was stored near Corona, Ca. I suspect that the parts may show up somewhere in S. Cal. Any help in recovering or replacing them would be greatly appreciated.

I hope so as I imagine there is a nasty consequence awaiting someone who raises sail on a stolen rig. Or as we west coast types would say, that's some bad karma.
Do you or the yard have insurance? I'll bet the cost of replacing the mast, boom and rigging might be prohibitive considering the actual value of the boat.
If the yard has insurance I'd be giving them a call.
Edited to add: Unless there is a specific disclaimer in your storage contract, I'd definitely be giving the yard a call. It's one thing for a thief to break into a boat and steal some small stuff, but for a yard allow someone the time to cart off your entire rig probably implies gross neglegence on their part and you might have a valid claim against them.
Robin, That's a doozie, dagnabit. I'm trying to visualize a theif carting off all that hardware undetected. How on earth did THEY pull it off? Sorry as heck for your loss.
As crazy as it sounds, did somebody just move the mast and boom? I know one of the local clubs will put your mast on top of the pavillion if its time to take down the mast racks for the season. Did somebody move it an just not tell you? Give the guys at Minney's yacht surplus a call - they might have ideas for a mast.
If it truly was stolen, Somebody had to sail off with it, or pretend like it was theirs. No officer, that is just my antenna, it only looks like a boat mast.
