I bailed out of a $75,000 Grand Banks 36 woody by simply trading down for a smaller boat and cash. Did this 4 times and ended up with Cat 30 and cash in the bank over a 6 month period. Repeated this procedure again with the 30 when we moved to the mountains. A certain amount of patience is necessary and a couple of boats needed a good cleanup.
