Well, I finally did it. I was minding my own business at the recent boat show in Austin and just happened to buy a new Catalina 309. I am therefore, sadly, putting my C-25 (Hull #5480) on the market. I am the original owner and have taken great, meticulous care of her over the years. Until a year ago, the boat was based in Eugene Oregon where it was on a freshwater lake for 5-6 months and then in covered storage for the remainder of the year. We recently moved to Austin Texas, where the boat is kept on Lake Travis.

Additional Details:

Standard Rig, Dinette style.
Pop-Top and Vinyl Enclosure with Windows (used 5 times)
1981 Honda 7.5 hp - Serviced regularly and runs well.
New marine head 2003 (and existing holding tank)
New Halyards and Sheets 2005
New Bottom Paint - November 2004
New Battery 2005
Sails are in great shape - 150% Genoa used twice
Cushions are in great shape - kids were not allowed to eat below!
Custom Sunbrella Entire Cabin Cover 2005
Motor mount, 2 burner alcohol stove, VHS radio, swim ladder, freshwater tank and pump, shore power, split backstay, whisker pole, forward cabin vinyl door, curtains, new compass (in the box).

$11,500

I will add pictures soon.

fhopper: I sold the trailer a few months ago, not having any notion then of buying a new boat. Should have kept it!
