I don't know what boat the exterior pictures are from, but not the boat for sale. Note the sail number on the picture is 337, but the hull number shows it should be 657 which would match for a 2003.

I don't know the seller, but the picture in the marina is the boat for sale.
The other photos are from the Catalina website.
