Has anybody repaired the manual bilge pump in the cockpit? Mine is OK except the outside rubber cone is cracked. I've found some entire replacements but I hate to fill up the landfills.

Also have the concern about the thru-hull hole size etc...

Are you asking about the thru deck mounting kit for the pump?
My 77 has a guzzler 400 pump and a thru deck mounting kit. You can see the kit [url="http://www.defender.com/product.jsp?path=-1|51|299222|84462|315209&id=167198"] here.[/url]

Also, what is your concern with the thru-hull hole size?

I mis-spoke. I meant if I replace the whole bilge pump unit will the new one fit the "bulkhead" mounting hole in the port side of the cockpit? (Where you stick the handle.)

It probably will but then I have to worry about making sure. If I can simply find replacement rubbers for the existing one then there's no doubt.
