Thank you to all members for your valuable Forum information. This site was a primary reason my wife and I purchased the 2002 C250WK. I paid my registration fees, received a confirmation letter, and today registered on this site. We are scheduled to re-commission and launch tomorrow on Lake Texoma. The next few months should be interesting. Sail On.
Finally, another 250 on Texoma. My wife and I have a 250WB we launch at Eisenhower. We should get together sometime and compare notes. Are you going to race in the Lakefest regatta in April? Please let me know if you guys need any help. And yes, this year we might even have a little bit too much wind!!!!
Tommy, welcome neighbor, I'm over to the East at Longview, going to have to come and visit you and John... Lake O' The Pines where I normally sail was too low all last year to sail and unless we get a good bit more rain, it won't recover.
Thinking that a week on Texoma in April is a strong possibility.
'Welcome Aboard' was well received. The launch went very smooth including the few hours I spent time checking into and around the various parts/systems of boat and motor.
John and Arlyn, I am looking forward to meeting you both. Terrific. However, I do not plan to sail in the Lakefest regatta in April....I'll still be probing the navigation path out of Cedar Mills. I am rightfully classified as a Newbie. Sail On.
