Anyone have dimensions for plate to cover the main sail slot opening to prevent slugs from coming out when sail lowered/reefed etc? treuland@pol.net

Hi Terry,

It sounds like you're talking about "mast gates." We used to order them from Joe Martinek (a fellow in Colorado who made them for us). I think now they are available from Catalina Direct ... you can give them a try: [url="http://catalinadirect.com/"]Catalina Direct[/url]

Yup, those are Joe's. He does nice work. BTW, I found that when I used both plates, the slugs had a little difficulty sliding by the gate, so I use just one and it works fine.

PS: This kind of question is best posted in the C-25-Specific forum, which is where most participants will be looking. But no need this time--Buzz told you all you need to know.
