I had to replace my mast head and anchor light last weekend due to damage sustained during storms a couple weeks ago. My boat and boat in next slip "tangled" mast heads and backstays. He lost a shroud and I came out with a damaged mast head. Parts were easily obtained from Catalina Yacts (they were helpful and delivered parts promptly). Nice source. Following are a few pictures:

Tom, Yes, if you look at the completed (last) picture, just below the anchor light, you can see the hole I drilled for it. I installed it after photo. I take one screw out and take it off when trailering.
The new one I just bought has a bird spike on it. Hope this helps. The last one was broken by birds I'm pretty sure. Showed up at the boat one day and it was all bent over to one side. The tangle with the neighbors mast finished it off.
