A search of the archives brought up several mentions of the ATN tacker, but little detail of its use. This is the cuff or sleeve holding the tack of your asymmetrical (or, I guess, other) spinnaker to your furled jib. Those of you who use the tacker: have you found it worthwhile? From the West Marine description & photo it would seem to simplify setting, tacking & adjusting the kite. Any recommendations?

Reuben - I have used the ATN tacker, and find it invaluable,
especially when used with a furling headsail. Easy height
adjustment of tack of sail, keeps tack of sail at centerline
of boat, and ease of set & removal. Also, I recommend the
ATN spinnaker sock highly. - John

Thanks, John. I don't have the ATN sock but do use a Chute Scoop and it's worked quite well.
