Just a heads up. If you remove sail numbers and dont put them back in the same spot or change the number any of the old glue can be covered with Talc. It stops the old glue from collecting dirt. Sailmakers trick.
Jim I got a set of sail numbers from APS they have different sizes, styles (digital, European, precut style) to choose from and also different colors. You can find them in line at APSLTD.com They went on easy and look good.
You might be better off purchasing the adhesive backed fabricesque numbers and doing it yourself. I did a sail that way, it was fairly easy. I just printed off large font one number per page on 11x17 paper. Transferred it over to same cardboard, then used the cardboard to trace the numbers (inverse on the backside of the material) Cut with sharp scissors. Then Carfully apply to the sail over the dining room table.
