I'm interested in adding a tillerpilot to my C250WB. Has anyone out there installed one on their boat? Those overnight sails to Catalina get kinda long when you've got to hand steer!

Hi Tim;
I installed a Tiller Pilot on my wb last year. I used a cataliever (sp?) kit which is composed of an aluminum rod about 9" long and about 1" diameter. The rod screws into a socket or plate that is bolted to the side of the cockpit. The Tillerp

What brand/model of tillerpilot did you install? To my knowledge there are only two to choose from: Raytheon and Simrad. How do these two compare?
