Paypal was sent in and confirmed 03/09/06. Yesterday I received a membership renewal notice.
All I want to do is confirm that my membership dues indeed have been received, nothing is due to the association, and that my membership continues uninterrupted.
Yes, we just discovered yesterday that there was a problem with the PayPal notices getting to the membership database management firm, so a handful (actually 30) records are being updated today. However, that also means that those thirty people are likely to receive a duplicate billing. We are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible. If you paid, rest assured that we have a receipt and just need to update your records.
Thanks J.B. I appreciatae your quick response to my post. I am glad that you guys caught this early and if you hadn't yet, I wanted to make you aware of a potential issue that developed here so you could 'nip it in the bud'!
