I am replacing my primaries with 2 speed winches. I have a pair of Lewmar #8s that are great, but my "Admiral", or is that "Admirable" is getting old and needs a low speed "boost.
Need spinnaker winches, cabin tops? Worn out primaries? These would work. They must be about 4 1/2 inches at the base.
I'd think $150 and shipping would be a pretty good deal, plus shipping from Washington State.

Still have that Mylar Hood 155 genoa, too. $200 Gotta pay the GASOLINE bill (not for the boat!) so BIG OIL can continue the record profits......
Nevermind, I found the measurements on the internet, I will take them, give me e-mail and we can work out the details. www.jonathan@pfahl.com" target="_blank">www.jonathan@pfahl.com
Jonathan, Still available...just came off the boat. They look pretty darn clean in and out, but I have not yet re-greased them. Have the backing plates, too.
Emails to you are bouncing back, unfortunately.

If you google up Catalina 25 Fleet 94, there is a photo of a "borrowed boat" (Frank Hopper's old boat) flying the mylar 155 at the Kansas 2005 Nationals. That is the best I can do for a photo....I am not yet digital; living in the 1980s, I think.
Good talking to you yesterday! Yeagh they will work, I will put a check for $160.00. Thanks Gary, I am pretty sure that I have someone interested in your Genoa as well, any jibs or mainsails in your inventory for sale?
Remember, the only pic I think I have of the mylar Hood 155 is on the Fleet 94 website. I think you could Google it up: Catalina 25 Fleet 94 and there we are on Lake Cheney.
I have a local guy coming to look at my spare main and dacron 150 on Saturday.
I better keep the 153% until I get a new one made, and I think I will wait until off season discounts!
Give me your snail mail address and I get get these winches on their way. I was thinking I might leave them partially disassembled; together but not snapped, so you could check out the guts. Or, if you prefer, I will put them back together, but you will want to pull them down to check them out, I am sure. Backing plates are in the box.
No, I was a full time fly-fishing guide and still am part-time for the past 9 years. If you talk to him tell him I am at Foscoe Fishing Company, ask for J.T..
