Its a Friday, I stayed in, watched the Cavs lose a pretty good game, and figured I'd have to correct for Michigans win myself during the nationals against all the Michigan folks.
Anyway, I received the 10th registration today, It would have been the 11th but one person had to understandibly back out.
I have 3 people that I am still waiting to hear from....
Bob Sirekis Rich Weiner the Defending Champion, Gary Shepperd (sp?)
Currently we are sitting at 6 standard rigs and 4 Tall....Catalina Direct emailed me today, I believe the shipment they are sending include the shrouds and stays for our raffle.
I'm getting anxious, I hope you are too.

I'm really looking forward to sailing as crew for John Vining, and meeting some of the folks from the forum - in person no less. Anxious is probably an understatement.

I was going to crew for the boat that backed out. If anyone is going and looking for crew please let me know. Also, if you are on the fence about going in hopes of finding crew let me know. I sail a SRFK no spinnaker. I do crew on a 35 footer with spinnaker so I do have some foredeck experience but not an expert.
Another owner from our club might come up as well and would be excellent crew. He sails a TRFK with a furling jib, no spin.
Why don't you guys make grab one of your boats and come together. There is one guy in buffalo on the fence too. You could try and create a New York Boat...

We are not in a position to pull boats and transport but if Buffalo can than we can crew. A New York boat would be great!
