I had this done when I bought Indiscipline (then Miss Sociable). The old bolts stay in place. The new are "sistered" alongside. The old bolts are treated with oxalayic acid and then bitumen first. It is a long job. About 1 new bolt can be drilled and tapped per day (cast iron is hard). The seller paid $900 for the whole job, money well spent. A drill press was used (pop top up). Done in the slip. I did not use the CD kit. I have the original bolts - now #2 pencil sized plus 6 new 3/4 inch studs threaded down about 6 inches with washers and bolts.
