Another addition to the family has us moving up to a bigger boat!</center></center>

· 2004 Catalina 250 Wing Keel (3’ 5” draft) hull number 713. <i><b>Like new condition.</b></i>
· Honda 9.9 horsepower electric start engine with charging alternator. All recommended service intervals complied with.
· Edson wheel steering with remote engine controls, pedestal guard, leather covered wheel, starboard cup holder, and cockpit table.
· <b>Brand new Doyle Stackpack system </b>installed on the full batten main sail.
· 135% Genoa on Shaffer roller furling. Just cleaned by Sailcare with <b>Sunbrella sunband installed</b>.
· Raymarine Bidata ST-40 speed/depth indicating system.
· Dual batteries with Blue Sea house and starting switch panel.
· Guest two-bank battery charger.
· Shore power with Blue Sea master/switch panel and two cabin outlets installed.
· Stainless steel bimini from the Canvas Store.
· Canvas package including wheel cover, hatch cover, and winch covers.
· Self-tailing winches on cabin top.
· All new color-coded lines for halyards, single line reefing system, main and jib sheets, traveler, and boom vang.
· Nicro day/night 4” solar vent installed.
· Fully enclosed head with sink.
· 12-gallon fresh water system with electric pump for the galley sink.
· Full cabin carpeting.
· 2 12-volt oscillating cabin fans installed.
· LP gas single burner electric start stove with tank and shut off solenoid.
· Tuft-Topper mattress cover and fitted sheets for the aft queen-size bunk.
· 13 pound Danforth anchor with 100’ rode and 10’ of galvanized chain.
· Pop top enclosure for 7-foot head room included.
· Full mast-up winter cover from the Canvas Store.
· Three-year-old JOWI collapsible cradle included.
· Fresh three coat Interlux Bottomcoat ACT bottom job.
· Also included: 4 fenders, three dock lines, paddle, boat hook, emergency tiller, horn, and 4 life vests.

Never Mind!

We've been looking at other boats out there and we've decieded that the 250 is the perfect boat for us!!!
