I am having trouble with my jib furler. I am finding it difficult to raise the jib; when doing so the white plastic extrusion wants to ride up the forestay. I am able to pull it back down into the torque tube, but when trying to furl, the force required becomes too great about halfway through. I believe the extrusion is splitting at the top(obviously it is difficult to see).
I had a heck of a time getting the sail up the first time on my snap-furl. Turns out a bit of stitched sail colth was hanging up on the foil as it entered the slot. This year I was carefull to guide the luff through it's entire length. No problem. If this isn't a fix I'd get with ProFurl
