Hola a todods!

Does anyone know the best way to clean sails! The sails are thick and solid but have a good deal of mildew around the clew.

I used a mild detergent like Woolite or Dreft plus some bleach to clean up some sails with mildew and stains of some sort and it worked fine. As long as the sails are rinsed thorougly, the detergent and bleach solution shouldn't hurt them. I did this based on instruction from one of the sailmakers. Good luck.

Hi Jonathan... Did you mean to post this under the General Forum? That's where you'll get the best response. Fair winds...
