I don't know anything other than I saw these new Ullman sails on e-bay and thought I'd pass the word.

The rest of the story: These sails were stolen from Ullman sails a few months ago. I saw the ad on E-Bay and called Ullman for additional info about their sails and told them about the ad. When I contacted the seller for additional info the seller told me they didn't know anything about sails in general and that they were selling them for a friend. When I told all this to Gary at Ullman he contacted the police (the seller and Ullman are both located in Ventura, CA.) Bingo, these were the stolen sails. If it sounds too good to be true, it's not.

The seller ended this listing early because the item was lost or broken.<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">
Perhaps he left his garage door open or the friend requested them back

Now, I wonder if Gary Swenson will be selling these at a reduced, "somewhat used", price?

Thanks for all the feedback. Soory I didn't get back to everyone sooner but I am still travelling back home from the sailboat show. Rain, rain, and more rain. Today we left for home and the sun is nice and bright. But any day at the boat show is still better than a day at work. I heard that the guy that stoled the sails was in jail for drug related charges and his MOTHER was selling the sails for him. Sounds like a family business.

I am #5900.
Gary Swenson left off the 5 on my new mainsail, so my new number is 900. I guesse my wing is an instant classic. First one built.

Should get me more money after I buy that new 47 foot Island Packet(in my dreams)

Frank,
You are a bit behind in awarding fleet 89 burgees. I think about three more 89s have shown up recently!
