Hi All, I'm a big guy and need an XXXL foul weather jacket. I sail the Great Lakes so I don't need the ocean stuff. Everywhere I've looked I see XXL but nothing larger. Cheers.

Wow! I think you may be in luck. Last year at this time almost every internet site that was clearing out their foulies for the year had xxxl sizes available. Keep looking at Defender, sailnet, JSI and others for their sales. Everytime I found some on sale last year, they were XXXL!
In my experience, foul weather gear runs big. I wear an XXL t-shirt and a XXXL wetsuit, but my XL foul weather gear is big on me. Try on an XXL before you go for the bigger size.
West Marine used to be able to "special order" it's foulies in 3XL, and may still do this. I bought my Explorer jacket from them about 6 years ago. I tried to buy a 3XL farmer john to match the jacket, but what arrived was a 2XL that was way too small, and I never got around to re-ordering it. A farmer john needs to be as large as possible so that you can wear it over a pair of trousers and not split the crotch seam when you sit or squat down. My wetsuit is a 5XL, and is a little too loose actually, should have bought the 4XL but it was uncomfortably tight across the shoulders. I've tried to find high quality goretex foulies in 4XL or 5XL but no luck so far. WearEver (a mail order company that specializes in work clothes), has rain gear in big sizes but it is plain-vanilla rubberized fabric, one layer, not beathable, and really no good for when it is both raining and windy.
