1979 San Juan 21 w/ fixed keel, hull #303.
This is a rare fixed keel, I only know of a couple others in this area, most are swing keels. The boat is on its trailer in Duvall, WA, about 20 miles east of Seattle and can be viewed pretty much any time you can come by.

INVENTORY
110 jib, very good condition with stuff sack.
130 jib, decent condition (it's the most used) with stuff sack.
Main, fully battened, and in good condition, with Sunbrella cover.
1985(?) Mercury 7.5 HP outboard. Very reliable engine, which almost always starts on 2nd or 3rd pull. It has a built-in 3 gallon fuel tank inside the aft lazarette (WM #173596). It's mounted on a Garelick telescoping motor mount with a custom wedge that I built to get the engine deeper into the water.
Adjustable split backstay
Boom vang
Adjustable forward mast track for spinnaker pole attachment. There's no pole (or spinnaker for that matter) for the boat.
Three fenders
Danforth anchor
Another fluke style anchor, not sure of the manufacturer. I've never used it.
SS Sink (no water supply), drains through hull
Safety gear: Fire extinguisher, air horn, flares (2, out of date), and two PFDs.
Tiller with aluminum extension.
Suunto compass mounted on stbd bulkhead in cockpit. (WM #120472).
Boom crutch for trailering, rests in the gudgeons of the rudder.
Custom single axle trailer with extend-o-matic boom to make launching and recovery easier.
Sleeps four, two in V-berth, two in quarterberths. V-berth has cushions, q-berths don't.

We've bought a Catalina 250 and now have two boats in our yard, so this one has to go. It's been a wonderful daysailor which we've enjoyed for the last five years. In any decent wind, it's easy to bury a rail and push up to over six knots.

Here's what it needs:
The bottom paint is just about gone, it either needs to be stripped off if you're going to keep it out of the water, or redone if you're going to keep it at a moorage.

Some of the running rigging is due for replacement, specifically the main sheet and the back stay adjuster. Both halyards are in good shape, the main halyard broke on me a while back, so I replaced both of them at that time.

The V-berth cushions, while functional, are beyond their use-by date and should be replaced if you plan to use the boat for overnighters. They will make good templates to make the new ones from, and are good enough for taking a nap.
