How is the "Save password" feature supposed to work? Whether I put a check in the box, or leave it blank, I have to type in a password every time I log onto the Forum ... what am I doing wrong?

Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

I think it is more like a suggestion.

I'd bet you're system security is set too high, Buzz, so you're not accepting the cookie. In your Browser, click Tools, Internet Options, Privacy...see if you're set to High, instead of Medium.

Hi J.B.

I checked, and I've got it set to "Med High" ... that must be the problem.

'Think I'll just leave it that way ... I've been logging in the same way ever since we switched to this Forum, so I'm certainly used to it.

Thanks for solving the mystery, J.B.

Merry Christmas!

Buzz,
If you want to fix this it's relatively easy presuming you're using Internet Explorer:

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu go to:
Internet Options...,
Select the Security Tab,
Select the "Trusted Sites" icon, then click on "Sites",
In the "Add this website to the zone" text box type in:
"http://www.catalina-capri-25s.org" (no quotes)
Click "Add"
Click "OK"
Click "OK"

That should fix it for you.

I'll give that a try ... thanks, David!

edit: OK ... I tried it, but it didn't work. Internet Explorer wants this site to begin with "https://" ... I suspect it's because of my security setting.

Thanks for the help ... I think I'll just live with it.
