The rubber pad and davits have all been removed from my inflatable, so you'll need to clean the glue off to adhere them again to yours. This can be done with MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) and elbow grease. The stand off pad is glued to the opposite side from the davits so you can use it to pull the dinghy up against the stern of your boat to keep water out and get it out of the water.
