Hey, Henk.
Jim and I will be down on the dock Sunday. We'll arrange some practice time on my friend's C30 on Sunday afternoon in preparation for the New Year's Day race in San Diego Bay. I heard you're interested in sailing with us and you are very welcome.
Weather Monday looks excellent!!!: 63/47, wind WSW at 7, sunny skies all day and night, NO RAIN. Looks perfect.
Go to http://www.sdyc.org/
Click on "Racing", then "New Year's Day Race".
We're listed under Skipper: G.Norgan, boat name "Mary A".
Doesn't look like there are many Catalinas, just a bunch of really fast boats. Who cares? PHRF of 192, non-spinnaker....maybe we work a miracle, eh?
See you. Email me at gnorgan3 at msn.com

I talked to Henk. We will be at L dock at noon Sunday. We can sail the C30 or take our boats out. We will have a barbeque and dock party for New Years Eve and then go to San Diego Bay for the fireworks (by land).

High noon, Sunday..... Got that!

We can head over to the bay and meet the owners of the C30 we will be racing, Henk, around 1pm.

I will want to get back to the dock in time to do some sailing on my boat too.
The New Year's Race will be lots of fun...just need to stay out of the direct path of all the big boats.

I'll have a full web site upgrade tomorrow with photos and such. However, we are 2nd on the results sheet for the non spin class but DQ in reality because we missed a mark. Everyone had a good time, however, and it was fun watching all the boats.
