<br />Two questions:
Heard that either Poliglass or Vertglass if very hard to get off after a few years so one of them is much preferred. Does anyone have an appointment.<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
Poli Glow includes a cleaner in their kit--it removes the finish with light scrubbing--I've done it. Cleaning with regular detergent or soap doesn't seem to phase it.

How would I get that off without taking the the product off? How do you clean this stuff through the year? <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
Can't say for sure--at least the finish might make the mustache easier to remove... Sounds like you need to do more sailing! As stated above, ordinary cleaners don't seem to affect Poli Glow, but I don't know the components of the ones that do.

The mustache on mine comes off with a brush and some elbow grease (Poliglow'd) I have gotten a lot of comments on how nice our boat looks. People see surprised that its over 20 years old. All I see are the stains on deck left from all the leaves ;(

At the end of the season I use CLR full strength on my VertGlass hull and all the crud wipes right off!
