May 2006... Is not only best sailing day of the summer, it also marked one of the happiest days of my life.. That is when I got her.. :P-)

This thread has forced me to an unpleasant realization, '05 was a much better year for me than '06. This was probably the best sail, It was the company, certainly not the lack of wind nor the upside-down drifter, no it was the people.

There were so many memorable sails but this one stands out. It was the first time under the GG Bridge for me (in WD anyway). Event though it was ebbing still, the surface was earily smooth with these large swells - it felt like a roller coaster (the vid doesn't do it justice at all).
