1984 Catalina 25. Standard Rig, Fin Keel, Traditional Interior. Always in freshwater, have original purchase records.

2006 9.8 Nissan 4-stroke, electric start, 25"shaft
Good main and jib, plus 155 Shur genoa
Marine head
no trailer

This is a nice boat, ready to sail this afternoon. Only selling her because I haven't the free time to sail much and two kids in college.

I just moved into a slip at the end of the dock where you are. You do indeed have a nice boat! Maybe I'll see you around down there sometime.
