20:48 Webmaster Report
Web seems to be running well. Have been concentrating on the members list. Would like to investigate incorporating the members only and public lists so that restrictions are in place to keep non members from viewing email addresses, yet enable the addresses for members. Currently two separate lists need to be maintained and only one is being kept up to date. Would also like to investigate the plausibility of utilizing the change of profile information within the forum for this task.

20:49 Vice commodores report
Currently 247.99 QTD in the ad revenue accounts. Project 270 by end of month. Discussed but tabled due to attendance the reserving of the pavilion for Friday during Nationals. Will do so regardless as it incurs no cost to the association. Paid for the Association sponsorship of the blender party at nationals and it was received well. The VC also discussed the investigation into the creation of a Catalina 25/250/capri25 phrf org whereby we would deliver PHRF certificates to our members free. This would be done to help association member who are not PHRF members in their area to have a local baseline rating if they so choose to race in various regions. A discussion regarding an online motion not heard at the meeting was brought up. The motion entailed creation of another forum for prior owners to have a place to dwell. It was noted that many of them still remain loyal by paying dues and many now have boat s that they don’t discuss because a forum to do so doesn’t exist. The new forum would be open to all but have a focus of prior ownership in one of the three boats of the association. The key concept is to retain the knowledge base of the many individuals that have moved on while remaining cost effective and realistic. This motion will be brought up again in the next meeting.
21:15est – treasurers report. We are in good financial standing and are maintaining prudent reserves. There is some concern related to the previous offering of 2 year memberships, however that will not be completely evident until after the next full billing cycle (quarterly) with Nanosec. An update will be provided at the next meeting. In general there are no concerns and operations seem to be going well.

21:21 – measurer Barry had no report for this meeting

21:22 – New Business – Treasurer Raye noted that he was still investigating the feasibility of a Nationals and the subsequent bit submission for the event. VC Wolff reiterated that all you really need is a way to put boats in the water and retrieve them when you are done. The rest is easy. Ben was going to continue researching all of the opportunities in his area.
21:31 – Motion to adjourn – Raye
Second – Barry
Carried Unanimously 3-0
