Can anyone tell me the torque value in foot lbs. for the Keel Bolts on my 1981 CAPRI 25 ?

83 ft/lbs for 5/8 studs

I was advised by Kent from CATALINA, that "39lbs" is the required Torque Value ?

Go with what Kent told you. That's where I got the 83 number. Perhaps it depends on year or which page of the print he's looking at.

Rick,
I contacted Kent Nelson about the confusion I had.
He told me that 83 lbs was for a "Catalina 25" that used 5/8 studs, and that all Capri 25s used 1/2" studs, requireing 39 lbs.
