Exactly.

He's been using boats for years. If it was him, which I doubt, must have been some kind of mechanical problem.

83 years old... 750 hp on the transom (3 big Mercs, which is what he has on his big Donzi as I recall)... Simple loss of balance... Who knows? The black RIB standing by between him and the other boats, which are all stopped... A boating mag has published that it was him. (I guess we should wait for confirmation from Fox News.)

I can tell it's a RIB, dark colored... I see them all the time around NYC, the Groton sub base, etc... BTW, here's GHWB on his boat (a GIF, so I can't image it here) and the black RIB:
