Gloss: it was taken in the Juan de Fuca strait, between Vancouver island and Washington state, during the Swiftsure race last weekend. The guy has some other awesome shots.

I saw it at the dock on Sunday morning. Word is it took a couple of hours to get it down, without having to resort to the knife.
