One other note - right now we are down to only 5 boats. I know gas is expensive and it has caused at least 4 people to back out. The Holiday week following has also caused some conflicts However.....1 more boat will gurantee us our own start. Otherwise it will be a mixed fleet with other JAM boats.
There are still a bunch of Lake Erie Boats that haven't signed up...
Russel Mitzel Owner of Different Drummer...
1 of you guys has to be considering it????
What about Jody up in MI or Ron Howell! Help Bill Meinert out and lets get another couple of boats on the line!
I'm still working on getting my crew to know port from starboard; halyard from sheet; tack from jibe; jib from jibe for that matter! I'm pretty sure we're not ready to come racing. We haven't even gotten the boat out of Sandusky Bay yet.
