Ya know, somehow I always feel sad when I come across a posting like this. I'm sorry for you and hope you find your way back, or hopefully Osmepneo is for sale because you're moving up. Cheers .........

I'm curious where you got the name for your boat? I did a search for "osmepneo" on Google and the only references that came up were for your boat and someone on SailNet, who is probably you. I like the name.

It's Greek for "sweet wind."

. . . and in Greek, "pneuma" is spirit/breath/wind. It's a wonderful play on words. (also the root of pneumonia)

No, I'm not planning on moving up, in fact I'm moving down. The time has come for this move, so . . .. I'm giving very serious thought to a Com-PAC Yacht's Picnic Cat, a 14 foot, gaff rigged cat boat.

Alan, Thank you for your kind words. I had a very dedicated board and that made my job easier. But I appreciate your thoughts. And., who knows, I will probably stick around, after all I'm not going to the dark side!

Don,
OK, I can see the time for that, back to a simpler format. A lot to be said for that, and those boats are a lot of fun. Good luck!

There's a sweet, sweet spirit in this place
and I know its the presece of Lord.

i hadn't thought osmepneo had its own song, but this one fits. I think this was our Sermon Response for today. Thanks for sharing your insight.
